My 1:1 coaching plans are not a cookie cutter experience, but they all include:

• One full day VIP kickoff party at my house to jumpstart our time together. Coffee, lunch and lil’ treats included.

  • If you’re out of town, we can do this virtually! If you travel into Pittsburgh, I’ll give you a guided tour of ~Steel City~ and we can have some cocktails too <3

• Four private 60 min virtual strategy sessions

• Any coach claiming they can solve your problems in a single session is a liar, and my clients understand that true success is a slow dance. These sessions can be scheduled bi-weekly, monthly, or something in between. You’ll get priority access to my calendar. 

• Planning portal home base for all. of. our. Shit.

• No more bouncing around your Google Drive, email threads, or your Notes app. Everything will live in a single, easy to access link.

• Access to the infamous Heather Davis Inc. questionnaires

• We’re going to get deep here, and my questionnaires cut right to the heart of your business. I’ll also share my favorite resources during our time together. 

• Pre-meeting agendas to guide each session

• You will never feel like our meetings could have been an email. Each session agenda is set by me–along with your input–and sent to you 24 hours  in advance. You’ll know exactly how we’ll spend every minute.

• Assigned post meeting action items

• Hungry for homework? I send you exactly what to get done, and where to spend your time between each session. I’m also always an email or text away if you find yourself stuck. Or procrastinating. Or scared.

• AI recap summary of each session 

• I love technology. 

• Unlimited email, voice note + Instagram DM communication support during our time together.
