I’m not the boss of you

If you’re allergic to authority as a wedding professional, the idea of hiring a business coach probably feels like a huge step backwards. There’s a reason why you quit your crappy 9-5 job in the first place: You don’t need or want a boss, thanks!!

You’ve also gotten pretty far on your own, so why ask for help now? Figuring it out all by yourself is what makes you impressive. It builds character.

But what if it’s holding you back? What if acknowledging you don’t know everything allows you to grow at a faster pace, with a smarter strategy, and wielding true, unwavering confidence?

Eventually, if you’re talented enough, you will arrive. It’s only a matter of time for you. But that’s just it, right? Time.

My clients make moves on their wildest dreams within hours; Not in seasons, or years, or once they hit some arbitrary milestone. They don’t have that kind of time!

So how do I define my role as your coach?

I’m a live support system. I’m someone to hold you accountable to your dreams, expand them, and then lay out the plans to make them real. I’m here to advocate for future you when you want to retreat into old patterns, get too scared to hit publish, or want to quit all together.

I’m a person that isn’t your spouse, your college roommate, the people you employ, or your ~allegedly~ trustworthy vendor friend to workshop, brainstorm, and collaborate with.

I’m on your team. And I don’t coach people I don’t believe in with my entire heart.

I’m someone who gives a shit about your life and your business, and I’m 100% NOT the boss of you.
